Okay I solved the first problem by lowering the graphics?? But now I'm just having problems with the member log in, I tried what you told me about clearing the history and going to preferences but that still didn't work ☹️
@elimaximoff Where does the member login now fail: at the launcher, at the Main Menu, or somewhere else? Can you still sign into the same account on the Sims 3 Store site? Please also let me know whether you have a third-party antivirus installed.
