@Eveebella Was the game installed under Origin or disc? Installing the super patch over over version 1.69 will damage the installation. You can not patch down. You have to reinstall the game. You can not update .net framework. You can not use a download version of .net framework. You have to use the .net framework that is included in the Windows 10 installation. Are you running a Steam version? Did you try running the game as administrator?
Installed under origin I did reinstall the game, yes I tried running as Admin. It is only when I roll back the windows 10 update that the game works, as soon as windows 10 re updates itself that my game stops working.
@Eveebella On the semi annual updates I have noticed Windows options tend to get reset? Does the launcher work? If not check to see if .net framework 3.5 got turned off in the control panel - turn Windows features on or off.
Still get the same error .net framework 3.5 is on, the launcher comes open fine. when I hit play it gives that error.
@Eveebella Do you have cc or mods installed?
