sims 3 will not load after windows 10 update 1709

I can not play Sims 3 since the windows 10 update 1709. I get a Serve Initialization failed oxo175d824. I have done all these things  Remove your User Files Install Superpatch over your installati...

Still get the same error .net framework 3.5 is on, the launcher comes open fine. when I hit play it gives that error.
