QuasarMay If you haven't already, please remove or rename the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts. Let me know if you can't move or rename it, or you do move it but it reappears.
If that doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
I have tried both renaming and moving the Sims 3 Folder i was unable to do either since it thinks the file is already in use when it's not.
