KAMO17062403 Please manually uninstall and reinstall your VC++ 2005 x86 runtime, which Sims 3 uses and a component of which is the faulting module in all the Sims 3 crashes. Open Windows Settings > Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click the 2005 entry (it won't say x86 at all, but that's what it is), and uninstall. You can get a new version here:

You only need the x86 version; skip the other two. Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
