    matheusmarozzi​  Please remove all the extra files you added to the game, or uninstall and reinstall it again.  Please also let me know whether your Documents directory is currently inside the OneDrive folder.  This is the usual cause for the "serious error" message.  How to move it is covered here:

    The guide was written with Sims 4 in mind but applies equally to Sims 3.

    If you still can't play with your Documents folder out of OneDrive and with every mod and utility removed, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
