You don't have very high specs. I don't think the game runs on that with expansion.
Did you check your computer with cyri: http://systemrequirementslab.com/cyri to see if specs are ok ?
Sorry it's taken so long for me to respond. But did go to that website and checked, it sai that my laptop isnt able to run any of sims 3, but sims 3 by itself runs without an issue, so des sims medevil I only run ito issues when any type of expansions are downloaded. I can't even play sims 3 when I down load accorceries like 70's and 80's clothing. The sght also says my laptop shouldn't be able to play my rift game but that works perfectly as well.
Does the base game run on the patched or unpatched version (aka which version does it run).
I would contact a game advisor and give them your specs to see what the official answer is on it
