I am having the same problem with my Sims 3. I got the 3-in-1 bundle too, and it works fine as long as the expansion pack is not installed. I updated my game with the super patch and it still doesn't work. I have cleared caches and talked with EA almost everyday to solve the issue. Is there a way to sole this issue, or if not, get my money back?
you need to contact CS about refunds if it's possiable
