sims 3 won't start

Additionally, I'm not sure whether you meant to include the second and third screenshots, but if you didn't, you may want to remove them.

Just one last question. My ea app and the sims 3 are now in english, is it possible to change? my ea app was in dutch and with the download of dx it has switched to english. I also think that I used to play the sims 3 in dutch. What can I do? 

@Florebirgit  For the EA App, you should be able to change its language under Settings > Application.  For Sims 3, you'd need to uninstall it and reinstall in Dutch.  You won't need to reinstall DX9, so the language setting should stick this time.

I don't have the option for choosing dutch in the ea app, but that isn't so bad. Sims 3 is now in dutch.
