These are room mates. Do you  have the Sims 3 University ? There's an option somewhere on the Sims to turn them off.

    Yeah, I have sims 3 uni, but my sim isnt enrolled in uni though, and the sims that keep coming to live are like sqauters. But cant make them stop except for kicking them out, but I will have a look for the option though.

      You get the option in the home town too. I can't tell you where it is but there should be a menu room mates on your Sim.

        Will certainly look for it, cause it is very annoying, but thanks for the suggestion, fingers crossed it does work. 🙂
