sims 3played w/ disc.
I have my sims3 games and expansion paks on disc which i use to play but latley my game are taking forever... to load and when it does load and i go into my neighbor hood games it has all these wei...
859janie When you're ready to do some testing, I would like to know the results of a couple of experiments, as things currently stand. So please do these steps, in order:
- Load the save with the sim you'd like to keep using
- Evict her from her house, and save her (NOT the house) to the in-game bin
- Quit without saving so you don't reset your progress
- Move the current Sims 3 folder, with all your user data, out of Documents > Electronic Arts, and open the launcher to create a new folder
- Copy just the Library folder from the old Sims 3 folder (that you just moved) to the new one
- Start a new save with a new sim and see whether the problem exists
- IF the problem is gone, add your sim from the bin to some house, and see whether you get the problem when playing her
