Sims keeps buffering

I have just bought a new windows 8 pc with Intel inside,

I downloaded the Sims 3 base game, everything was fine until the third time I started to play.

The screen froze but I could still hear the music, see the figher and the trees and I can move the mouse around the screen. But any thing else doesn't work. So I wait for a while then it works again and after a few mins it freeze again!
