Sims store content disappeared

     I had several items and sets, such as the crystal ball and the set for adding more magical items into the game, fairy furniture etc. It is all gone. It disappeared and is gone. I cannot reinstall it because it has now disappeared from my history for billing etc as well. When I search the items and sets I had directly it says to buy them, rather than download(I tried that after finding someone that had worked for talking about this very problem online). Paid content disappearing is a problem. I do not have mods or cc outside the official store content, and official store content is what has disappeared. 

I would very much like to have the paid content I paid for and have been using for years back.
