Today i was going to install sims 3 on my cousin's macbook pro! She is 11 years old! When i get to the step where i am going to choose language, there were only three options - english, spanish and french.
Is it because it is a macbook? Or is it because the game is from USA?

If you bought it in the USA, then that's the reason. US version only has those three languges.
It was bought in Denmark!
Does it have a 1 at the end of the serial code as asked above or did you not install it yet ?
It seems to me that you guys have gotten a badge of US versions instead of european ones.
As stated above, I would return it to the Store.
Okay thanks! So it is not because it is a macbook? It is my cousin's macbook so i am trying to get the "number" But she is going to install it first!
