site bought '...Amore' venue won't download _ LogFile

Hello Sims 3 Help-Desk.
At the end of this Background info are:
a) Sims3LauncherLogFile.log
b) DxDiag


I hope this is helpful information for you.

Background
On 4th Oct. 2014, I bought 'The Last Venue of Amore' for 1,900 Sim Points.
This purchase leaves my with a credit of 14,252 Sim Points.

The Launcher states that my Sims 3 game Version is 'Up to Date'

'My Store Account' 'Purchase History' has '... Amore' registered.

Trying with both
Firefox Version:        10.0.2
Google Chrome Version:    37.0.2062.124 m


I've tried downloading to the Launcher (logged in to the Sims Web-Site and
logged in to the Launcher.
Logged in to the Sims Web-Site and the install activating the Launcher.
An error message keeps popping up:
"There was an error while downloading content. Please see the Log for more details.".

    p.s. I just (successfully) downloaded Lucky Palms and Hidden Springs

    They both installed and are ready to play -

    Amore is playable InWorld and does not download.

    I just purchased Fowl and Feathers Chicken Coop.

    Again, it registers as purchased.

    The Sim Points have been deducted from my account.

    It does not down load either.
     

    Venues are not downloading.

    This error usually occurs if your game is not up-to-date

    What version does your launcher show ? If it isn't 1.67, you should update your game (no, I did not read the whole discussion you had with Rum)
