I'm still having trouble getting my Sims 3 base game and expansions to install via Origin. It downloads but it never opens up installshield wizard to complete the process. I even did a system restore...

I did everything the FAQ advised to do but I'm still having the same problem...and I removed all the mods, cc and saves sending them to the recycling bin. So would EA penalize me if I uninstall/reinstall the base game?
Not sure what you mean. It's no problem to reinstall the base game.

What I mean by that is Origin only allow us a certain amount of downloading games that we purchased digitally...I didn't know that I had to activate the option to save the download and I don't know how many chances I have.
OH you mean say they allow 3 downloads digitally per game ? and you run into a license limit has been reached ? you contact CS if you run into that one too
