So you ARE at 1.38 ?
Hey Crinrict,
I have this exact same problem, am completely updated (Base Game is at 1.38, just so you know) have no CC or mods, nothing but store content. I have done this "fix" several times, too, and it's not working for me either. I have deleted my DCCache files and DCbackup files, all of my cache files, all of my installed worlds, I've done everything. This has only started happening when I installed Supernatural and the new store content patch 1.1, which it prompted me to install twice (weird, right?). Hope this helps you out.

I really don't know why some people have this issue. A fresh clean reinstall for all store stuff helps sometimes but I have no other solutions than that.

I have, unfortunately, done the fresh and clean install. However, I have decided to try something that I had been doing to get my CC in game, prior to giving up CC altogether. I used to take my CC downloads in batches, install it slowly, and remove files that were somehow uninstalling my store content, inevitably this worked to get some files into my game that I could use, and helped me to seperate CC that worked with my store content and CC that did not work with it. I have started doing this with my store content, installing it slowly, starting with various sets, and have gotten some of my store content to stay installed. I will continue doing this, and if you'd like, I could post as to which files end up uninstalling the rest?

You think CC items are the culprit of this ? Sounds very strange.
Installing in batches is a good idea. The bigger the files the more problems you get. Rule of thumb is to keep them between 200-300 MB (the ebc and dbc files) but it all depends on the computer.
If you install all in one go you can end up with one file of over 1 GB in size.
