Store items not showing up in game

Question

Yo, I installed Showtime and all the items I bought from the store stopped showing up in my game.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the items, but it didn't work. Then I bought Supernatural thinking it might have a bug fix, but I still can't get my store items to show up in game! Help!

I'm playing on a Mac, also.
