Stuck at 100% downloading on origin.

I have bought the Sims 3 starter bundle, and I started to install the Sims 3. I put the disk in the computer, then installed origin (It's my fist origin game) and started the intallation. I left it intsalling as I went and got some lunch, then when I came back some error messages appeared saying that the game hasn't installed properly, so I closed the erroer messages and was going to re-install the game but it is now frozen at 100% and is saying it is installing.  I have left it for about 2 hours and seached the internet and found nothing to help me. I have re-launched origin, launched origin with administrator privileges, removed the disk and put it in the tray again, nothing works. The disk isn't even spinning, so I think it is origin's problem.

I have Windows 8(x64) and my system reaches the requirements.
