Sunlit Tides Standard Edition will not install into game.

Question

Hello,I purchased Sunlit Tides Standard Edition on the sims 3 store site. It downloaded to the launcher just fine however it will not install. I have “installed” it several times. It’ll pop up in installed content in the launcher and show the installed icon showing it’s in the game. However when I load up the game at the main menu it does not pop up on my list of towns to choose from. It does list the gold version as available to purchase but that’s it. When I quit the game and open the launcher back up it no longer shows the world installed. I have cleared cache and repaired the game in the EA app. I have also restarted my computer and tried redownloading it from the sims 3 store purchase history. Nothing is working. I spent $30 to get enough sims points to get this world. Does anyone know what else I can do to possibly get this world to work? I already talked to EA support and they were not helpful and cut the chat off when I still had questions. Thanks!&nbsp;

And to add I can see the world listed under the worlds folder under documents, electronic arts, the sims 3.&nbsp;

mycailin​&nbsp; Try installing the world into a clean user folder.&nbsp; If it works, and you don't have a lot of Store content, you can install your other items into that folder and transfer over your saves and other content, leaving behind whatever the issue is in the old folder.&nbsp; The process is described here:

If ST installs into the clean folder, but reinstalling your other Store items would be a burden, let me know.&nbsp; There's a way to work around the issue that's a bit tedious but is faster than reinstalling the entire Store.
