Well, No, I don't ever know what the installer monkey helper is, and what is the old place?. The issue with that is, I have always lost my store content, even with those folders saved. Like I did when I transferred my Sims game from my laptop to my desktop. I spend about 4 hours waiting to re-install all of my store content.
