@SimCindyC: Need you to take all mods out and try on a vanilla game. The launcher has a cap which means it can't display all items if you have a lot of them. It's normal. If it's in your game, it's installed. You can use the method by mell described here: http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2011/01/tutorial-how-to-get-rid-of-unwanted-custom-content.html to remove it

@Britt8254: Could you try a new Sim to see if you have the same issue ? If you're willing, it would be great if you could plop in Twallan's ErrorTrap to see if you get a script Error on that.
@Pandora73: Remove your mods, especially any noMemories mods, delete the cache files and try again

2) Can you delete the glass with testingcheats and then object - delete ? Is it a one time thing or reproducible ? Do you have an alchemy station or did you buy the elixir ?
