Supernatural Disc Registration Code Too Short
The registration code that came with my supernatural disc is only 16 digits instead of 20 so it won't let me install it.

Did you buy the limited edition ? If so, the 20 digit code is for the extra content. You should have gotten a second email with the serial number. Check your spam folder.
I have the same problem, used the 16 digit code to get the free plants verus zombies content, but i have no other code and no email from them either not even in spam folder. :-(
Did anyone figure out what to do to get another code? I am having the same problem! Got the free content but code is too short and won't install. I bought the dvd version though.
DVD Version should have two leaflets in. A white one with the serial code and a colored one with the limited content code
As for the download version, that code should also be available in Origin when you right click on the game icon you should see an i where you can click for your number.
