Supernatural pack missing

Hello, I have been playing Sims 3 since I was 8, and I have bought all of the expansion packs. Although I have noticed that my Supernatural pack has randomly vanished? When I check the EA app, it says that I own the add-on but when I open the Sims 3 launcher, it doesn't show in my list of installed packs. When I hit "install" on the launcher, it sends me to the EA app's Sims 3 page. However when i click the supernatural add-on, there's no option to download it.

    i bought the pack via amazon, however i bought the physical copy at the time alongside university life. i will try uninstalling it...

    EMPShielded​  The launcher's Install button is supposed to be for packs you own but haven't downloaded yet, which doesn't apply here.  It sounds instead like Supernatural is installed but the launcher isn't recognizing it, and reinstalling it won't help.

    Instead, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of Sims 3, which will remove registry entries and other hidden files that might be preventing Supernatural from loading.  Here's how:

    You can reinstall just the base game and Supernatural first, to save time, if you prefer.

    Could you please reinstall the Sims 3 and see if Supernatural is listed at the details.

    Where did you buy the pack? If the game is from a keyseller it is possible that it was deleted by EA. That's the risk if you buy from a key
