I can't get sims 3 supernatural to install, there is no download button when i go in add on's but a download button when i go to manage games but don't show up in launcher. I have been over 5 months trying to get help from EA and I keep getting the run around with the same emails over and over again.
I was told to come here and post about it. I read the comments but there don't seem to be a fix unless someone goes into my acct and fix it.
@denisehemeon I'm not completely sure what you're describing. There should be two Download buttons, one that shows if you click Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons, and one if you click Sims 3, then Add-ons near the top of the screen, and find Supernatural on the list. Which one (if any) shows the Download button, and which does not? What happens exactly when you click the Download button that you do have? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot.
