take photo with friend wish

i cant take a photo with a friend and i cannot find the thing for it in the smartphone also what do you do with photo strips

You have to be a jock with an influence of 4 in order to take a photo with a friend:

You have to click on your friend and choose "Friendly" to get the option to take a picture with them:
