The person has a chip but with 2 GB of dedicated RAM. Not sure if the chip is an issue if you have that much.
Any ideas ?
so since its integrated there is always a chance of not performing well if graphics are set to high ..but the report is cut off ..c drive especially if ssd could be low or they could have another card.. just need to make sure that if so it is being used to run the game

UPDATE - yep ...just checked tom's hardward site...they suggest running graphics low - to medium
