i second this! and just yesterday i actually got a chance to share further how i was upset by the rudeness..so hopefully that poster will be more considerate
I've been called all kinds of things (from rude to attention seeking, I think I've seen it all). You just ignore them and move on cause most folks appreciate the help we give and the other people are not worth helping. Let them deal with customer support (hähä)
