Couldn't comment on bundles, I've had no experience with them.
Typically when registering, you just have to make sure you're filling in all five fields on the registration page. Whether it produces an error or not is not as important as whether the user can access the content they're eligible for. This means they should have access to their game(s) in Origin and should be able to download the registration gifts that they are entitled to.
If they can't enter the code and don't have eligible access, that's when they really need to go and bother EA.
Ah yes but are we really bothering EA :-) Well i was hoping for some type of work around..reserving customer service only for the wicked.
