The crash log analyzer says her game is crashing due to insufficient graphics capability. Since she got UL. Her dxdiag is on the first page. There are many pages; you don't have to read them all. You're correct that its not possible to upgrade graphics cards on a laptop as they're almost always soldered to the motherboard. Her card is integrated which is probably the problem.

The first one explains why her computer can't run the game well and the second gives tips on what to do to maximize performance on an integrated card.
