The Add On or Barnacle Bay or Sims 3
I paid for Barnacle Bay Add on for Sims 3, it said I did paid for it but I don't see it in my game I would like my money back if I can't get it

I have 6 expansion packs that I purchased 1-29 and 2-9 that show up on my download manager but they are not showing up in my game and it won't play them. I have played them numerous time until today.
