How can you tell what pack they are for ? Does one show up twice in your purchase history and the other one doesn't ? The purchase history has a history of showing stuff mutlitple times.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

They have the same photo and when I install them, it says they are both the School Spirit pack. That is how I know =)

Where did you redeem the codes ? At the corresponding pages (link in the link I gave above) ? Does only one show up double in your purchase history.

I did use the http://www.thesims3.com/incentive/ep9origin
And both loaded as the School Spirit but now when I went to take a screenshot the 2nd one has been replaced with the party pack. haha
Looks like EA went ahead and fixed this error =) Alright, this has been resolved =) Thanks for your assistance, crinrict 🙂
