The bonus packs for Sims 3 University Life? I got two school spirit codes and no party pack code...

I registered both codes that I got for pre-ordering and they are the same pack? The one for the Party Pack is another School Spirit code. How do I get the Party pack?

I pre-ordered through origin and got 1 party pack code and NO spirit pack code!!!

I pre-ordered and have successfully installed the Party Pack and they keep telling me (I've been on chat with customer service twice now) that the School Spirit Pack is there but I never received a code and it's not showing up in my Purchase History, they have since given me the number to call and speak with a rep but I really can't deal with sitting on the phone listening to hold crap for ANOTHER hour.
