The Exchange

I can't get anything from the exchange, I am using chrome and my sims is completely up to date but everytime I click 'add to game' the game luancher flashes as if something is meant to happen but nothing ever appears in the downloads section.

If I buy something from the store that works completely fine it's just the exchange...

Please help >.<
