The Sims 3 - Island Paradise Idea

I think it would be fantastic, if we could place lots in open water, than build a house on pylons (I know some of this has already been confirmed, but ...) and also for you to be able to make basements for the above house idea, that way you could have a bedroom with an under-the-ocean view, and possibly a wet/dry door, to let your sim "walk" out into the ocean from an underwater room. I would use this to build underwater resorts, having a dock above the water, and stairs, and an elevator . I would place it on a custom built dive lot, so I could make the area around the underwater resort beautiful, and worth of windows
