The Sims 3 - Oops! We are not able to process your request.

When I go onto the exchange on the sims 3 store it pops up with “oops we are not able to process your request”. Everything else on the store works fine and I can go and download official sims 3 store stuff but I can’t even get to the download bit on the exchange because it just pops up with that message. I’ve tried going opening it in a new tab and searching the specific thing on the exchange from google and clicking on it but nothing works :(

Does anyone have any idea how to fix these please??
