The Sims 3 - Oops! We are not able to process your request.

When I go onto the exchange on the sims 3 store it pops up with “oops we are not able to process your request”. Everything else on the store works fine and I can go and download official sims 3 store...

netkiwi72  Is this still happening now?  I was able to download something a minute ago, with no error message, so the issue may have resolved.  Or it may still be present but not affecting everyone.
