The Sims 3 - Oops! We are not able to process your request.

I bought the sims 3 with humble bundle. I have a origin account and i try to enter thesims3.com for registration but thesims3 website give me "Oops! We are not able to process your request." this error. Please help me for login and registration i was try every way for registratation.

How can i resolve this error? "Oops! We are not able to process your request."

    the same messege came up with me but it was becuse i was trying to create an account on the sims 3 exchange!😕mileyfrustrated

    try clear the internet cache and or switching browsers if using safari,opera or chrome try IE or firefox
