The Sims 3 / Riverview
HEllo, I have updated the Sims 3 into the latest version and tried to install the Riverview world but the following message appears "You have reached the maximum number of licenses for this product." can you please assist?

rafaellakarag When you say the latest version, do you mean you've installed the game through the EA App, or something else? Are you able to play without issues? Are you able to install any other Store content? There are some free holiday-themed items and sets you could try as well.
