the sims 3 and sims freeplay on andorid tablet

Question

I downloaded both on my tab and it downloaded great except the sims 3 says download and play. The sims 3 needs 43 mb additional software to run. Which I have 4.9gb space. I click download wait until it says download failed. No online support team seems to help. I tried the force stop programs still won'twork. How do iI fix that? Also sims free play says I need to visit www.eamobile.com/countrygate and pick country and then click support I do and nothing works. What do I do with that as well?? I know sims free play is free but if sims 3 will not be fixed I will need my money back. Waist of money.
