The Sims 3. Badges not showing up for completed tasks

Tasks completed but badge not showing up on Sims 3 Community / My Page / My Badges for:

Sole Survivor, Professional Student, Exams for Sale, Street Art Skill Lifetime Wish, In the Buff, A New Vice

Regarding above.  I have completed the tasks a couple of times but the badges do not show on My Page.  Can you help please.  Thanking you in anticipation.
