the sims 3 (blue screen)

I have a laptop model of  “sony vaio vgn-ns21m”.

The following technical specifications are available;

RAM: 2.87

graphics card: intel corporation 256 mb

Windows XP is an operating system.

The problem is that when I start the game I'm playing for a while(I'm starting to create my character). laptop then turns itself off. Then I see a blue screen. Error code is; “Bad Pool Caller”. And then laptop crashes

Available by the box system requirements and my game isoriginal. So, Why am i having this problem ? and How can I solve this problem??
