The Sims 3: CD Key doesn't working.

I've bought game on Steam. I've created The Sims 3 account and wanted to register my game, but when I'm trying to register it, page saying that my CD is invalid. On first screenshot there's the proof that I own the licensed copy of the game. On second screenshot is the proof that my CD, according to thesims3.com is invalid. Dear developers from EA, any ways to fix it or can you register it on my account if I'll send you my CD?

    If you're seeing an error that your code is invalid, you'll want to reach out to the live support team so they can check your code and see what's going on- here on the forums, we aren't able to access your account information to take a look.

    Now, they won't let me create a new case and keep saying it's Not Fixable and that i wasn't available, but the Chat never loaded an Advisor and continue to show a 99+ wait and over 360 minutes, the reps who noted my cases never directly contact me but just noted the cases as Fixed, Not Fixable, Resolved and Player Unavailable. I hate EA. Why say you offer support but truly, you don't.

    I bought the game awhile back off of steam and never registered the key but it keeps saying its invalid
