The Sims 3 Celebrity option not working

Question

I need help.&nbsp;The Sims 3 Celebrity option not working for me. Ive done everything i can think of to get the option to work again, but it just wont appear. I turned it off a few months ago and two weeks ago turned the option back on and now it wont work.I dont have the stars, the celebrity book or paparazzi. Please help.
