.Do you only have that graphic chip or do you know if there's also a full graphic card in your computer ? The chip is below specs and so is your processor (you need at least 2.4 ghz, you have only 2.1 ghz).
You might be able to play by turning down all the graphic options but if you also have a lot of expansions, your options to fix this are limited.
Also check for newer graphic drivers.
I don't know how to check for a graphic chip or full graphics card ,but how can i get 2.1 ghz to 2.4ghz or higher?
You will need to get a new computer or if you have an desktop you might be able to upgrade the hardware parts (if you have someone that can help you with that)

So you are telling me I can not play the Sims 3 unless I buy a new laptop or try to bring the graphic options down, In the Sims 3.
I haven't read your other threads you might have posted more info in. The info on this is rather scarce but based on your DxDiag, your computer does not meet the minimum requirements set by EA.
You might be able to play but not on high settings and probably not with most EPs installed. Especially Seasons and Pets can be very demanding on the graphics.
