    You can't downgrade the patch.

    Did you only use ccleaner to clean the registry or also went through manually to make sure there's no Sims 3 references left ?

@Mikashimo33 Is Origin running? Does the game icon appear in Origin. If it does right click on the game icon and click repair game. Remove everything that is in the TS3 user documents folder.

    Yep, I usually start by Origin Launcher.
    And I also had repaired many times...

    Now im trying to install the game in other computer with Windows 7...Hopes it works
