The Sims 3 Dragon Valley Installation Code
I recently bought The Sims 3 Dragon Valley and when I went to redeem my code it told me my code had already been used. I bought the game brand new and unopened so I honestly do not know why my code did not work. If someone could either give me a new code or give me a solution to my problem I would greatly appreciade it.

Then it should be in your purchase history here to download: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html
The "code already used" message means the game code has been registered on the Origin account that was initially used to register the game. When the game is activated, it will show up in that accounts "My Games" folder.For further assistance with code related problems, contact a Game Advisor, here's how:
