So i bought the Dragon Valley Gold Edition from the EA App and the world isn't showing up at all, vie tried logging in on here (sims 3 Page) with the same email that i use on the EA App and all my other games are Registered except for dragon valley and the ones i downloaded from the disc, Any idea on how i can get it to upload or the town to work??? It shows up in the EA App that its downloaded but its not showing up in my sims 3 downloads either from the starting page, I was really stoked to try it but its not giving... Kind of a shame and the EA Forums of people having this same issue isn't really helpful because it led me here (Sims 3 Page) but i never received a code either from downloading the add-on, according to google it says you wont receive a code because the app redeems it automatically for you so you don't need a physical code, again PLZZZZ HELPPP MEE :))

The code I received was in my email that came with the confirmation code (the receipt), but it didn't work on the sims 3 website. Maybe yours will?
Hmm i just checked my email and i tried to enter it in the Redeem a code, it said it was already used??? Ive never tried this code nor did i know i had one til i read your reply, is this the same issue you had?
