So i bought the Dragon Valley Gold Edition from the EA App and the world isn't showing up at all, vie tried logging in on here (sims 3 Page) with the same email that i use on the EA App and all my other games are Registered except for dragon valley and the ones i downloaded from the disc, Any idea on how i can get it to upload or the town to work??? It shows up in the EA App that its downloaded but its not showing up in my sims 3 downloads either from the starting page, I was really stoked to try it but its not giving... Kind of a shame and the EA Forums of people having this same issue isn't really helpful because it led me here (Sims 3 Page) but i never received a code either from downloading the add-on, according to google it says you wont receive a code because the app redeems it automatically for you so you don't need a physical code, again PLZZZZ HELPPP MEE :))
Krazykoolaid43 You need to talk to a real person to get a refund. DLC for EA games isn't eligible for automatic refunds, and Sims 3 is no exception, but a support rep can process the refund if you can show that you're unable to use what you bought.
You wouldn't be a Karen simply for asking for a refund for something that clearly doesn't work.
