@nessatay2223 Please run the EA App Recovery tool, which you can find in the Help menu at the top of the screen. Then repair the game: open your game library, click Sims 3, and select Manage > Repair. Let me know whether you can download the content now.
If not, move the entire Sims 3 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, open the launcher to spawn a new folder, and try again to download an item.
@puzzlezaddict Well, it was working then it stopped and removed all my store content again...😕

@nessatay2223 I'm sorry to hear that. Does the workaround help this time too or not? I'm not sure whether this is entirely an EA App issue or something connected to individual computers or accounts.

@puzzlezaddict I appreciate your help. I tried to see if it would work with the next steps you gave me with creating a new admin account, running the EA App Recovery tool, and repairing the game again. I tried downloading the store items again to my game and it popped up with the same error message. 🙁

@nessatay2223 (and everyone else in this thread) I've flagged this issue to EA but don't know of anything else to suggest at the moment. It's clearly not universal, which probably makes the issue more difficult to resolve. Hopefully there will be some news soon.
